Our story
Esquel, Patagonian Argentina
The origin
At the foot of the Andes, in Esquel
Our story begins at the foot of the Andes, in a small town called Esquel, where sheep shearing, cattle ranching and the gaucho spirit shape everyday life. There, between the open country and the fire, the recipes we now bring to your table were born.
The tradition
Recipes born from fire, land and tradition
On horseback, crossing the open plains, our ancestors perfected these recipes generation after generation. Today we bring those flavors from Patagonian Argentina to your table in the United States: authentic, rustic, with the same passion that carried generations of gauchos.
How we make it
Our artisanal process
From selecting ingredients to the sealed jar at your door: every step designed so it arrives with the same flavor it had in Esquel.
-
1. Selecting ingredients
We choose garlic, vinegar and spices following the Patagonian style: no shortcuts, no fillers.
-
2. Prepared in small batches
We mix every batch by hand, with no mass production lines, to keep a close eye on flavor.
-
3. Bottling and quality control
Every jar is checked before sealing, so it arrives exactly as it left the kitchen.
-
4. Straight to your door
We ship fresh across the United States, from the town of Esquel to your table.
-
Patagonian style
Vinegar and garlic take the lead, no shortcuts and no factory formulas.
